Organizational Culture, what are our shared Values and Purpose?
All of us share an unarticulated image of our roles within our family, organisation etc. We also all assume how our Organizations provide value to our customers. Although our customers often have a different perspective.
By exploring the jobs that our customers need to have done, whether they are: (functional, social, or emotional jobs) we can then begin to articulate how we can create more gain or relieve pain for our customers. This can engender a larger conversation on aligning purpose with shared values to our customers.
A team-based activity (8 people per table) to reimagine the value the brand provides the customer as a means to articulate the shared values and purpose as leaders, team and organisation.

An open conversation and reflection on alignment of customers and brand for deeper understanding of organisational culture.
