This skill, more than anything is about “being present”, and able to listen for the patterns and subtle movements across a team, division, or market. – This intelligence isn’t always intellectual.
A physically active workshop that uses the tools of theatrical creation as the motor to experience genuine “Servant leadership” found in Agile project management and iterative innovation projects.
The nature of this work is fractal in nature and repeats itself at different scales of the organisation. Whether within a team, division, business unit, or vertical the principles of leadership and interactivity of a “population” has similitude.
