A personalized workshop for an individual leader to explore and align their individual life purpose to those values for the company. Using simple tools that externalize bias and thoughts just below the conscious mind. A leader has an opportunity to work through a facilitated process to re-question and refine their purpose to the company.

Style

A mixed workshop that is academic and physically active using the tools of theatrical creation as a motor to introduce dominant themes developed by David Rock and the NeuroLeadership institute. Workshop uses Physical and Kinaesthetic tools (e.g. Lego, Canvases, and Sculpture) to articulate personal vision and purpose.
